Led major company wide system rollouts for point of sale, class management, online registration, employee scheduling, training, onboarding, payroll, project management, and internal communication.

Responsibilities included vendor evaluation, selection criteria, implementation planning, data and process coordination, manager training, adoption support, and post launch troubleshooting.

Created public water safety programs that include animated videos for children, school presentations, staff training resources, and a community water safety festival supported by local partners.

This work brings together project management, educational design, event planning, marketing, video production, and a mission centered on preventing childhood drowning.

Development of Houston Swim Club's website, from requirements gathering and information architecture through launch and continued optimization.

The work included responsive page design, conversion focused content, search visibility improvements, location pages, campaign landing pages, analytics, and integrations with customer registration systems.

Developed a modern website for Stop Drowning Now, a nonprofit focused on drowning prevention. The project brought education, membership, donations, and organizational information into a clearer and more accessible digital experience.

Developed and launched interactive learning tools that teach children water safety through games, stories, activities, and memorable characters. The project reached more than 500 active users during its first month.

This work reflects my interest in combining technology, education, and playful experiences that make important information easier for children to understand.

Developed the iOS app version of Howey’s Island, bringing the interactive water safety experience to mobile devices with a touch friendly interface designed for children.

The app extends the project beyond the web and makes its games, characters, and water safety learning experience available as a dedicated mobile application.

Built a kid friendly character universe from the ground up and expanded it into a complete brand ecosystem that includes trading cards, videos, marketing materials, coloring books, games, educational resources, and live mascots.

The project combines creative direction, writing, visual consistency, web development, campaign strategy, and audience engagement.

I utilize AI as a practical tool to improve workflows, reduce repetitive manual work, organize knowledge, strengthen output quality, and create smoother experiences for staff and customers.

My focus is on applying AI where it is genuinely useful, understandable, and sustainable within daily operations rather than adopting technology for its own sake.

Designed and deployed free standing interactive kiosks across multiple locations so customers could explore class levels, meet instructors, watch videos, and find useful information through a simple touchscreen experience.

The project included interface design, local content management, hardware planning, deployment, staff training, and ongoing refinement based on real world use.
